Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the SocialMetrics app and its service (the “Service”), published by LE2M Holding International SARLU, Abidjan, Cocody Angré 9th section, Lot 935, Block 40, Côte d'Ivoire, Trade and Personal Property Credit Register (RCCM) no. CI-ABJ-03-2023-B13-02518 (Abidjan Commercial Court), taxpayer no. 2301043P, share capital 1,000,000 XOF (“we”). By creating an account you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where it conflicts with these terms, these terms prevail to the extent allowed by Apple.
1. The Service
SocialMetrics reads, with your permission and through the official read-only connections of TikTok, YouTube and Instagram, the statistics of the accounts you connect. It shows them in one place, lets you organise clipping campaigns, estimates your earnings, sends alerts and displays widgets. SocialMetrics never posts or acts on your social accounts.
SocialMetrics is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by TikTok, YouTube, Google, Instagram, Meta, or any clipping campaign platform.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old and give accurate information.
- You may only connect social accounts that you own or that you are authorised to manage.
- You are responsible for the use of your account. Tell us at once at contact@equipe.le2mholding.com if you think it is being misused.
3. Numbers and estimated earnings
Statistics come from the networks' official APIs and are refreshed periodically (usually every 15 to 30 minutes for recent videos, then daily). They may be delayed or differ from what a network displays elsewhere.
Each amount is labelled: “real” when it comes from an official API (YouTube estimated revenue), “estimated” when it is calculated from your views and a rate range, “entered” when you typed or imported it. Estimates are indications, not a promise of payment. The amount you are actually paid is decided by the network or the campaign platform. Proof-of-views exports reproduce the numbers recorded by SocialMetrics at the times shown; acceptance of such proof is up to the campaign platform.
4. Free plan and subscriptions
SocialMetrics can be used for free with limits (1 account per network, the last 10 clips, 30 days of history, 1 widget, no campaigns). Paid plans unlock more features:
| Plan | Monthly | Yearly | Includes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pro | €6.99 | €49.99 | Up to 15 accounts, channels, campaigns and earnings, alerts, all widgets, proof-of-views export, 1-year history |
| Agency | €19.99 | €149.99 | Up to 60 accounts, unlimited history, CSV and PDF exports, everything in Pro |
Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy and may vary by country and taxes. The price displayed in the store at the time of purchase is the one that applies.
Free trial
Pro plans may include a 7-day free trial, offered once per person. At the end of the trial, the subscription starts automatically and you are charged the displayed price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. If you buy a subscription during a free trial, the unused part of the trial is forfeited.
Payment and automatic renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account (App Store) or your Google account (Google Play) when you confirm the purchase, or at the end of the free trial.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period and at the same price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription in your store account settings: on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play → profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your SocialMetrics account does not cancel the subscription.
- After cancellation, paid features remain available until the end of the period already paid.
Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refunds follow their rules. Request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or from Google Play under “Payments and subscriptions → Budget and history”, or through Google Play Help. We cannot refund store purchases ourselves. This does not limit any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse the Service or try to access other users' data; reverse-engineer or overload the Service; use it to break the rules of TikTok, YouTube, Instagram or a campaign platform; submit falsified proof of views.
6. Third-party platforms
The Service depends on APIs provided by TikTok, Google/YouTube and Meta/Instagram. If a network changes, limits or removes its API, some features may stop working or change. By connecting YouTube you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.
7. Availability and changes
We do our best to keep the Service available but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may improve or change features. If a change removes a significant paid feature, we will tell you in advance.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost earnings or decisions you make based on estimates. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your rights as a consumer.
9. Ending
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (how). We may suspend an account that seriously breaches these terms, after notice where possible.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Côte d'Ivoire and the OHADA Uniform Acts. Before any legal action, write to us so we can try to settle the matter. Failing agreement, the Abidjan Commercial Court has jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and the right to bring proceedings in its courts.
